Nerd Assignment #4
I was forwarded a cartoon today at Geektopia. At first glance this cartoon cracked me up. Bits are single 1's and 0's. Put eight of them together and you have a byte. Get it? Alphabytes? Yeah, I'm a geek. But shortly after I received it, someone at Geektopia sent out an email to read the actual binary code. After I did I was hysterical (and relieved that there are bigger geeks in this world than me...)
I decided the time for another Nerd Assignment was long overdue. Here it is, the moment you've been waiting for...
NERD ASSIGNMENT:
Please read the binary message and email me the deciphered message floating in his alpha-bytes. If you can figure out the message without any hints, email the message to collegehound1@hotmail.com. Don't post the answer in the comments! Everyone deserves the chance to be nerdy. If you need a hint, please look in the comments area. Don't worry if you need the hints, after all there only 10 types of the people in the world - those that understand binary and those that don't.
The first person to get me the answer gets bragging rights until the next nerd assignment...

Second hint: If that doesn't really appeal to you, but you still want to know what the message says, you can use the following converters (but that's not nearly as fun...)
